During my stay at this hotel in Florianópolis, I appreciated the hospitable staff, always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness and prime location added to the overall appeal. However, minor issues like the initial mattress condition raised concerns. The shared kitchen was a convenient amenity, allowing for light meals and snacks, contributing to the value proposition. Wi-fi connectivity was reliable, catering to both leisure and work needs. Although the lack of on-site parking might inconvenience some guests, the 24-hour reception and security provided peace of mind. The terrace offered a pleasant spot to unwind, yet the average bed quality didn't match luxury expectations. While the hotel delivered on essentials, discerning travelers seeking a balance between cost and luxury might find better value elsewhere.
